Dir: Mark S. Waters

Orchestra, African Choir, lots of percussion (african and japanese) and a variety of other instruments including saw and bass saxophone made this an especially interesting one for me. Mark was, as ever, open to all sorts of ideas. The South African language of Xhosa is what I chose to use for the choir, who filled the studio with life and energy.

Orchestrations by Tony Blondal, programming by Stephen Coleman, mixing by Stephen Kempster, and conducted by Rolfe Kent. Special thanks to Mark Waters for making it all happen.
